All dealers must meet the following requirements:

u A valid business license, state sales tax number, website URL, and e-mail address must be provided when submitting the All My Walls dealer set-up form.

u Initial orders must be prepaid by credit card or company check.

u All My Walls has a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. Advertising below MAP will result in revocation of dealer status.

u Dealer agrees to acquire All My Walls products solely for resale to end-user customers from Dealer's locations. Dealer is not acquiring All My Walls products for sale to any other entity or to any person who Dealer knows or has reason to believe intends to resell such All My Walls products.

u Trademarks and copyrights. Dealer understands the value of All My Walls' trademarks and copyrights and agrees that it will use such trademarks and copyrights in accordance with All My Walls' Terms and Conditions. Dealer also understands and acknowledges All My Walls’ Internet selling policy as stated in the All My Walls dealer set-up form.
